FDO near a 30 day high

Do you trade these as your normal breakouts?
30 day breakouts _are_ my normal breakouts. But this is late in the day, so I just took it from 34.16 to 34.24
plus, volume was ok but not keeping up with QQQQ
retail sector was moving up, as well, or I'd have passed.
