I'm the same way. When I write my exaggerated thoughts about my trading, I can see my problems more clearly. An outside reader may see it as whining, but to me it's cheap psychotherapy. Don't take the comments as coming from people that are annoyed at whining, but take them as people who are concerned about your success. That's why we're all here--we want to succeed and we want to help others to succeed. Want flame wars? There's always 31337 trader or Yahoo finance message boards. As I see it, Wallstreak is an interactive extension of the trading blogosphere, which is about traders helping traders, and of course, "The Fly" also ;)
